Tiger Labs HQ is a UK software studio. We build operational software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but where the off-the-shelf SaaS doesn't quite fit — and we build bespoke tools for the workflows that exist nowhere else.

Why we exist

Generic SaaS misses the long tail.

The big platforms are built for the median customer in the largest segment. That works well if you're a median customer in a large segment. For everyone else — UK cleaning operators, one-of-a-kind resellers, niche service businesses — the tools force you to bend your workflow to fit the software.

We started Tiger Labs HQ because we got tired of watching small UK businesses run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads, knowing the right software didn't exist and probably never would unless someone built it for them specifically.

Verticals beat horizontals.
Opso's first version tried to serve every UK service business. Cleaning operators wanted features plumbers didn't, and vice versa. We refocused on cleaning — the product got sharper, sales got faster, and the customers got happier.

Onboarding speed is the moat.
Most SaaS in this space takes 4-8 hours of "training calls" before a customer touches real data. We aim for 60 minutes from signup to live dashboard — and we sit on the call with you while you import.

Fixed fees keep incentives clean.
For custom builds, hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed fees + fixed scope mean we're paid to ship, not to log time. If we run over, that's our problem.
