These website terms are separate from the terms governing our products. For the terms that apply to an Opso or SyncList subscription, see the respective product website.

2. Use of this website

You may browse this website for information about Tiger Labs HQ and its products and services. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the content of this site without our permission. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, nor in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Intellectual property

All content on tigerlabhq.com — text, design, layout, and code — is owned by Tiger Labs HQ unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

4. Tailored Software services

If you engage Tiger Labs HQ for a bespoke software project (our Tailored Software service, including the Quick Build, Full Build, and Custom Build packages), that engagement will be governed by a separate Statement of Work and Service Agreement specific to the project. These website terms do not themselves constitute a service agreement, a quotation, or a binding offer. Nothing on this website — including the indicative pricing on the Tailored Software page — creates a contract until a separate agreement is signed.

5. Limitation of liability

Tiger Labs HQ provides this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on any information contained on it.
