Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Tiger Labs HQ is a UK software company, based in England and Wales, operating this website at https://tigerlabhq.com. We build and operate Opso (software for cleaning businesses) and SyncList (a crosslisting tool for resellers), and we provide bespoke software development services.

For anything relating to this privacy policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@tigerlabhq.com. Tiger Labs HQ is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

2. What data we collect, and why

Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us. Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. We retain this data for 12 months (see section 6).

Analytics. We do not currently use cookies or tracking analytics on this website. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no behavioural profiling. If we introduce analytics in future, we will use a cookieless provider and update this policy before doing so.

HubSpot form processing. When you submit our contact form, the submission is processed by HubSpot, Inc. acting as a data processor on our behalf, so that the enquiry reaches our customer-relationship-management system. HubSpot's own privacy policy is published at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry on the conversation it begins. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit, separately given consent. We do not share it with anyone beyond the processor named in section 4.

4. Who we share it with

We share contact-form data with HubSpot, Inc., which processes form submissions and stores them in our CRM on our behalf. At the time of writing, no other third party receives your personal data. If that changes, we will update this policy and this section.

5. Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tigerlabhq.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

6. Data retention

Contact-form data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our CRM — unless your enquiry has become an ongoing customer relationship, in which case the data is retained under the relevant product or service agreement.

7. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. The contact form submits directly to HubSpot's submission API without loading HubSpot's tracking script, so no tracking cookie is placed on your device. Because we set no cookies, this site shows no cookie-consent banner.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
